~~Kidz Club ~~

We had a fabulous Kidz Club event the last week-end in June. Over 40 children had lots of fun playing games, singing songs, watching drama and learning about Paul from the bible. You can see what a great time we had here.

A huge thank-you to Phil for organising the event once again and to all the group leaders, actors, helpers, craft designers, games supervisors, refreshment ladies, registration people, technicians, story tellers and the music group for a fabulous team effort. Well done everyone!

e look forward to our new minister, Rev Paul Beard and his wife Wendy, who will be joining us in Spetember (all being well) and this is an exciting time as we once again enjoy having a minister with us and one who shares many of our ideas on worship and reaching out into our local community. We look forward to this new chapter in the life of our church.

Christmas Fair

Please see Sue Huddart if you are interested in making craft items to sel at the Christmas Fair on Nov 22nd (Saturday). They are planning to meet regularly to decide what to make and when. Al comers welcome, should be fun and plenty to earn / do.

Shoe Box Apeal

We shall be collecting items for the Samaritan's purse appeal in the Autumn. Please start collecting suitable gifts, start knitting those scarves and hats etc. Please see Jean Spensley for resource material.
